He is currently working as a Program Manager at gs lab, where he manages the execution of projects within administrative systems, maintains allocations and resources, reconciles budgets, and delivers weekly project status reports to clients. He collaborates with Project Leads to support team members and maintain proper staffing and a healthy team dynamic. Kalyan's expertise in scheduling and facilitating meetings that deliver structure and cadence to the Agile process has been instrumental in driving project teams for on-time delivery. He ensures team members have a clear understanding of their role on the project and what's expected to drive a successful completion.
